Tee Shack Terms & Conditions

By using our services you agree to the following terms and conditions. Tee Shack reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.

Quotes/Estimates:

Quotes will be based on all the information you have provided to us and may be subject to change once artwork has been reviewed. Quotes are valid for up to 14 days.

Artwork Fees:

Please make sure your artwork is submitted to us in vector format or 300dpi. If your art requires redrawing, an artwork fee may apply up to $50 per hour. You are responsible for all copyright and reproduction of any images provided to us.

Turnaround Times:

Please allow 14 days or more depending on the size of your order. In some instances we may require a longer turnaround time, please follow up your order with us if there is a deadline. If a job is required in less than 7 days a rush fee may apply to your order.

Payments:

A 50% deposit is required prior to production of your order. The final balance is due on collection.

If you have a trade account with us our payment terms are 14 days. We accept cash or bank transfer only. GST will be applied to all invoices and quotes.

Garments:

Tee Shack can provide garments for you, or you may source them yourself. Tee Shack will not be responsible for any faulty garments provided to us by the customer.

Claims and Returns:

Please notify us ASAP if you have any issues with your order. Any claims will need to be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
